    Bought Ford S-max from this dealer. There was no problem whatever I asked for. My new car has been serviced, got fresh MOT, comes with 6 month warranty, 1 year AA break down cover for free. Everything sorted in 3 days only and I've been informed about progress every day. Very friendly and honest people.

    From the start Adam was very polite & easy going, very inviting & knew what he was talking about. He answered all my questions & knew the history of the car, he was very honest & open regarding the pricing of the car. I was a little disappointed when I was told that I couldn't take the car that day as he wanted to service it & make sure everything was okay. (yes I know this is a good thing, but I am impatient) So I paid my deposit & left for home. To my surprise he managed to have the service done that day & rang me to ask if I still wanted the car today to which I agreed & he delivered it that evening.

    Well based on the reviews i travelled 3 hours to get an alfa Romeo, after discussing the price and paying i found out that it doesn't have V5 so couldnt tax the car, and spent the fellowing half day looking for post office to tax it it was sunday. 2- after driving the car back home i could see there is a lack of power so diagnosing it with a garage and its show Egr valve and shutter valve faluts, i contacted the warranty company they said it doesnt cover those issues, therefore i called the trader he said he will pay for the garage, i took it for fixing and cost me 140 pounds,sent my details to the trader to get paid but No reply on maybe 5 sms ,tried to email too but no reply at all , anyway you can keep the 140 pounds but you loosed a client.

    Firstly we are genuinely upset you have left us a negative review, i would not risk my reputation over £140, It is not worth it for us as a business, We had agreed to pay you £140 towards a faulty part even though it was not covered under warranty, we awaited your bank details, which you claim you sent via txt msgs, I still await them until today. However we have always only been 1 phone call away, All you had to do is call us, and this would have been rectified immediately, We see your review as very negative and unjustifiable, we are deeply upset at this and also at autotrader for letting this customer leave this review. As we are willing to resolve immediately, however due to no fault of our own this has happened, Due to communication error. which we can prove.
